Classical corner

American composer Wallingford Riegger's "Dichotomy for Orchestra" (1931).

  1. Composers and other artists often have colorful biographies, but not many can match Riegger's accomplishment as the "nude maniac" and dying in a dog fight (not a metaphor). He does however have a surprisingly palatable 12-tone style.
