I'm sure the media will try to peddle this freak as a First Amendment martyr, but here's the thing: my right to free speech does not trump your right to the free exercise of your religion. Every right, if extended too far, is ultimately going to collide with some other right. It's a matter of balance, and it looks like Lemon has fallen off the tightrope.
His attorney (Hunter Biden's attorney, Abbe Lowell) is already claiming that. And I'm seeing the whinges and whines from leftists on social media that Lemon Is A Journalist™!!!!!11!1!!!Eleventy-One!!!!!

The First Amendment is very clear: every citizen's civil rights are subject to veto by any journalist.
