Maybe when big-city voters figure out that elections are now a matter of life and death...
Unfortunately, these "acts" that are easy to game get passed to satisfy a concerned, very vocal few. Ordinary citizens don't pay attention until it's too late when one of their own pays the ultimate price. This is a problem with our present society.
