Working-with-your-hands Wednesday
Mrs. Paco made some of these last week, and they were beyond scrumptious!

I’m hungry now. My son-in-law would like potato cakes (I used to make them, but I wouldn’t be able to add onions now because all these ninnies around here have fragile digestive systems, I guess). My daughter would probably insist on going to the doctor if she ever ate anything with bacon grease in it. This is the downside of getting old and moving in with your kids, and they still haven’t figured out how I’ve lived so long. Sissies, the lot of them.
