Gavin's folly
Chris Bray actually went to look at the construction done to date on California's high-speed rail project. Suffice it to say, it didn't take long to photograph the "progress": "Frozen In Time: Gavin's Museum of Grift".
The sad part is a bunch of cronies and grifters got rich, and absolutely nobody will go to jail for it.
