I have numerous horror stories, especially from my extended stay due to kidney problems in 2008/09. I fired a doctor, which was a complete shock to. His stammering remains savory.<br /><br />One of the problems is they are understaffed for the volume of vets. Another problem is the prevalent attitude that the vets are getting "free" healthcare, so they should be happy for what they get when. FYI It's not free. We earned it.
