Missouri's new nickname: The Show Me Your Papers! State
Missouri is 'gentrifying'. I know a couple of former hippy PhD new age types who bought in there because prices were low and they could afford hobby farms with lakes.
They're trying to set up a vegetarian meditation retreat centre, in 'Mizoorah'.

And I thought Missouri would be one of the more conservative states. That's what I get for thinking.
