Unbelievable.

Bush will get blamed for this of course. What could he have done to prevent it? Given widespread conspiracy to conceal such problems via the Clinton web of influence and the general US moneyed elite's closed shop?

Found an answer to my question, 'What could Bush have done to prevent (this)?' - Apparently he tried to reform the (Dem controlled) organisations in 2003 but was blocked, Gateway and others are on to it, with youtube video of the Dem 'family' connections too:
