As for that invention.....WTF?!?!?! I can only offer the thought that this is the evolutionary successor to this.
Hey, one of those handcars in the article you linked to would have come in handy back when I was riding AmTrak everyday (as often as it wound up stopping in the middle of nowhere for no apparent good reason)
I suppose a moveable treadmill like that would be useful if you wanted to attach a basket on the front to carry, you know, snacks and drinks.

Those tattooed monsters aint too smart. The French display very few conspicuous tattoos. Australia is getting more and more like the UK where very already ugly people insist on becoming even more ugly and tattooing themselves in a whole range of places and then parade themselves with pride.
