I hope they can give Raqqa a new name...Rubble.

Rinardman, would that make the head of ISIS Barney Rubble?

They need to send in the Foreign Legion with a "no prisoners" order. Occupying the capital of the "Caliphate", and decimating the hardcore members there, could seriously damage, if not topple, ISIS.

The "Caliphate" is all the ability to reward followers. That means a capital and territory with the resources to do so.

Another approach: destroy the oil infrastructure. Utterly. No oil revenue, no ability to reward followers.

Russia and France, and to some extent, Britain, are fighting ISIS. Russia and France, and Britain to the limit of their ability. What are we doing? I swore I'd never be ashamed to be an American, but I'm beginning to feel it. Obama would be proud.
