You know, you're not supposed to turn off your common sense when you become a police officer

Steve Lehto talks about a case in Georgia in which a paraplegic man was arrested, on the mere word of the "victim", for...kicking down a woman's door, assaulting her and then fleeing the scene of the crime on foot.

  1. Have they lowered the standards for cop school, or do we just hear about stupid stuff like this more often? Seems way to common these days.

BTW, how long have you been watching Lehto's channel? I've been a subscriber for years now.

  2. It's easier to do that than go after actual criminals.

This is sheer ableist bigotry to say a paraplegic can't kick in doors and run away. I thought we'd put this kind of hate behind us, but I see that was too optimistic.

    1. Obviously, we still have a long way to go. Sigh.
