Yeah, voters ultimately deserve whom they vote for; but I don't feel that I deserve what uninformed or petulant or lazy or socialist-minded voters in other states vote for.
When the civil war comes, one side is going to be disproportionately represented by women - and I mean the sort of women that Ace of Spades has characterized as AWFLs: affluent white female leftists. There are a lot of them out there, and my hope is that they prove to be bad shots.
The problem is that the GOPe has control of the state' GOP, leadership and $$, so they choose who you can vote for.

The tea party tried to break that but the Dems, their media arm, and the GOPe crushed us.
Even in Mass tea partiers tried to get a sane Dem elected and he immediately turned on them.
AWFLs probably don't have much liking for hardships, and anyone who thinks a hypothetical Second Civil War will be like a Zoom conference is going to take it in the shorts.
