Ma Paco was a big fan of Pontiacs

She sure would have loved this one: "One-Off 1964 Pontiac Banshee: Saved From Crusher by a Factory Worker, Debuts at MCACN 2025".

I like them, too, but I think this one's more my speed.

  1. I love a bunch of Pontiacs.
I'd love a 69 GTO or Firebird convertible, next to a 71 El Dorado conv, those are probably my favorite rides.
Mostly modern era, I'd also really like a 1920s Stutz Bearcat.

  2. Best argument for a two-car garage ever!

  3. Old Paco had a 1971 El Dorado - Fire Mist Green, with a white roof and white leather interior. Loved that car. In fact, the only speeding ticket I ever got in my life was when I was driving that car on the highway at age 16. It was just such a smooth ride! The first family car I remember riding in was a mid-50s Pontiac (don't recall the model).

  4. That was me.
The first family car I remember was a 60something Chrysler Imperial.
3 city blocks long and a smoooooooth ride.
My strongest memory of it was that my father liked to fart and lock the windows.
He was kind of a dick.

  5. Looks like it may have inspired the design of the late sixties Corvettes. Although, I think I like the looks of the Banshee more than the Corvettes.
