Our Constitution was designed specifically to address the injustices of Brit Common Law, that can change on a whim. Huh, it appears our Imperial Judiciary hasn't learned that lesson.
This happened months ago, apparently Yahoo just noticed it and it's making the rounds again. Rage inducing. He was let off after a long ordeal, but the purpose was to let their subjects know wrongthink will be punished. Just like when they arrested that comic over a joke when he landed at Heathrow. Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government…and yet it seems reasonable compared to one based on citizens "feelings".
Sounds like they need to make the song "Feelings" the national anthem of the UK.
you can't expect to wield supreme executive power just 'cause some watery tart threw a sword at you! I mean, if I went around saying I was an Emperor because some moistened bint had lobbed a scimitar at me, people would put me away! I love that movie
