    Someone in my family had one like that, I think it was one of my grandmothers.
    Definitely a useful item though.

When fuzz first started to sprout on my chin, I was introduced to the wonders of what was laughably referred to as the "safety razor", which required the insertion of the little two-edged blade. Before I got the hang of the thing, after a shave I would typically look like someone who had crawled face-first in the dark through a barbed wire fence

    2. My mother and father used those. By the time I started shaving, Bic had come along.
      I'd like one. I might even get one but a decent, non-chinesium one, is $60 or a lot more.
