Guess What I Found...

...a reason to switch to Coca-Cola.

Totally unrelated: Here's an odd site that combines lovely photography with good jokes (H/T: Captain Heinrichs).

What, didn't catch the Speech? That's ok; Jules Crittenden did.

  1. Can't remember where babbled about it, but Coca Cola was the family business when I was a kid, got my first real job there, on the bottling floor. Loved it. Hard, dirty work, but ALL THE Coke (7UP, Squirt, Dr Pepper)I COULD DRINK! I kinda liked Sierra Mist, but I ain't buyin' it anymore - I'll drink water before I do that.

TW - brang - I brang brownies to the pot luck.

  2. Cheerwine is my beverage of choice, but I believe it's still just available in North Carolina. I've always preferred Pepsi to Coke, but Coke'll do (unless I can find myself some RC).

  4. Yes it is, Jeff - & I remember when it (and Tab) had cyclamates. Funny, no one I know died whatever horrible death that crap was gonna cause...

When we go back to Hubby's hometown, we drink Double Cola!

  5. Ah, cyclamates! And that tasted pretty good, although Tab was a crap product. That's where I was hooked on Fresca. Later on, Diet Coke was added to the menu.

TW: badqfw. No, Fresca is not bad for me. Pepsi is bad for me. Thanks to the gag factor.

  9. Cheerwine is a sort of cherry-cola soda pop that used to be available only in western North Carolina, but is now available statewide (but, I believe, still only in NC). No alcoholic content, I'm afraid.
