Happy Feet Friday

Duke Ellington and his orchestra illustrate the truth of the old saying that “It Don’t Mean a Thing if it Ain’t Got That Swing”; watch for some fine solos, including Ray Nance (violin), Joe Nanton (mute trombone) and Ben Webster (tenor saxophone) (from 1943).

Just a uber humble suggestion for next Friday. Not exactly a "Happy Feet" suggestion, however. Considering the coronation next week I was thinking some Johnnie Ray tunes might be on point. Some humble suggestions follow just about now.

There is actually a video called "The Obama Boogie", a celebratory piece of twaddle that you will NOT be seeing or hearing at Paco Enterprises.

Well, how about the "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy of Company B"!

Just kidding, couldn't resist.:)

Those would be happy feet!
