"There are countless horrible things happening all over the world and horrible people prospering, but we must never allow them to disturb our equanimity or deflect us from our sacred duty to sabotage and annoy them whenever possible." -Auberon Waugh
I love Ella Fitzgerald (I have a CD of her best work). But as much as I cherish those old times, I'm glad they're gone. The sad fact is, in those days, everybody else would have got off the bus to go into a restaurant or diner, and Ella would have had to sit on the bus until somebody brought her some food.
