The Dhimmicrats ignore tort reform because (a) the lawyers "contribute" heavily to their campaign coffers; and (b) a large portion of Congress are lawyers as well (a/k/a "professional courtesy").

Barney Frank insists that tort reform is a states' rights issue, while defending the idea of the federal government taking over health care. I think that disgusting little spitter is schizophrenic.
