Obama continues to badger Honduras. Is this just a fat-headed refusal to admit that he was mistaken, or is he truly committed to a resurgence of Marxism in Latin America? Given his overtures toward Venezuela and Cuba, it's difficult to see the President's intransigent bullying of Honduras as mere personal vanity, as an inability to confess that he has the whole issue pegged wrong. One begins to wonder if he believes that he can somehow co-opt Chavez and Correa and Ortega and Morales into joining him in promoting a watered-down Euro-socialism for the Western Hemisphere - which, if nothing else, provides another clue as to what he hopes to accomplish in the United States. Obama's cozying up to Marxist populists in Latin America - in tandem with his downplaying of our country's traditional alliances, e.g., Israel, and his stolid indifference to democratic yearnings in Iran - looks to be all of a piece with his administration's domestic policy of strengthening the national government at the expense of individual freedom, and his tactic of demonizing his opponents.
The red flags are proliferating; all the more reason to stop ObamaCare dead in its tracks.

I think it is worse than that. This is not an attempt to change the balance at the edges. To paraphrase Marx on Hegel, they want to turn this country upside down thereby standing it rightside up. The Ayers, Dorns and his Marxist mentor in Hawaii are not interested in changing the balance at the edges.
They don't believe in the Constitution or any of its underlying principles, they're only interested in positive rights of the government to run your life, negative rights begone.
They don't believe in capitalism and its necessary individual liberty component.
In short they don't like anything about this country and they want to change it lock, stock and barrel.

Obama has been marinated in pseudo-Marxism his whole life, child and adult. I believe he is also a hard-shelled narcissist. So, yes, he does think he can talk the real Marxists in South America and elsewhere into a kind of eurosocialist kumbayah let's-all-get-along-for-the-good-of-the-people.
I could be wrong. He could be just an anti-white, anti-American.
OR
He could be an unprincipled, idea-empty automaton in the control of a cadre of 60s' era radical chic Chicago political thugs.
I don't see any more positive choices than these.
