"There are countless horrible things happening all over the world and horrible people prospering, but we must never allow them to disturb our equanimity or deflect us from our sacred duty to sabotage and annoy them whenever possible." -Auberon Waugh
I presume Sen Reid has been briefed on this. The question will be, can the Senate Democrats take heart from this plucky fellow?
ReplyDeleteCheers
I don't know, Captain. There's a big difference between missing a couple of limbs and missing a brain.
ReplyDeleteGetting some snow tonight, Paco?
ReplyDeleteMr. Bingley: I'm afraid so. They're talking about 15 inches (I'm not sure I even have boots that high).
ReplyDeleteThank goodness Al Gore isn't in town. We'd be buried under six-foot snow drifts.
Well, I know it will be rather tough on you to push the Mrs. through those drifts for her morning constitutional, but anything that can paralyze DC for even a few hours is, in my book, a good thing.
ReplyDeleteThink of the money they won't be able to spend!
I've seen this dog on video before. Amazing, huh?
ReplyDeleteAnd certainly that dog is more inspiritational than O!bama.
Oh, and my sympathy on the snow, Paco. Been there, done that, way too many times.
ReplyDeleteAre you stocked up with enough beer and pizza to last through the blizzard?
Wait just a minute. You can't have drifting snow in D.C. on the weekend. That's for weekday "snow days". Please adjust your settings.
ReplyDeleteWhy would you conclude Sen Reid is missing a brain?
ReplyDeleteCheers
Why is he missing a brain? He has engaged in divisive, toxic partisan politics that will almost certainly ensure his defeat in the next election, and probably lead to a Republican resurgence.
