Next time, take the train

Maybe this is the kind of thing that happens when you downgrade the conflict from the "War" to the "Dragnet" on Terror; people grow slack. The Transportation Security Agency accidentally posted its airport screening procedures online.

  1. Assuming, of course, that the TSA ran a taut ship to begin with. I have my doubts about that, for a variety of reasons.

    But I'm certain that the TSA has certainly become less concerned about doing their job since January 2009.

  3. Well, as one who has frequently been stopped and searched while trying to board an airplane, I could have already told you that the TSA is worthless as security. And they probably know it, but hey... making people take off their shoes is job security.

  4. A few years ago as I waited for the train I realized how vulnerable the trains are. It was startling. Of course, the derailed train that we passed was a bit unsettling too.
