...why not Chris Christie?
I could support him. There are, as a matter of fact, a number of attractive potential candidates: Palin, Paul Ryan, maybe Mike Pence. What say the Paquistas? Who do you like in the big race?

I like solid commitment to Constitutional principles and a new name every week, so that the personality-driven attackers on the Left have their heads 'splode at a manageable frequency.
ReplyDeleteExcellent strategy!
ReplyDeleteHeh! Great idea, smitty!
ReplyDeletePaco, I'm in favor of new blood in the White House, but I'm not making any calls right now. Christie, Palin, Ryan, and Pence are all potential candidates. But it's a long time until the 2012 elections, so I'm restraining myself until later.
Personally, I would support someone who is Politically Astute yet Constitutionally Observant. Where could we find a person like that . . . .
ReplyDeleteYou know, the name is on the tip of my tongue...
ReplyDeleteLike JeffS and Smitty, I'm committed to biding my time until the actual horse race begins. Closer to the finish line, we'll start to see who has baggage, and who's in the running. Right now, I like Paul Ryan, but that can change.
ReplyDeleteSmitty has it right. Let the Left keep guessing until the last possible minute.
Americans. Am I way off base thinking that maybe, just maybe, Palin might run as an Independent?
ReplyDeleteJust following on from bingbing, [by the way bingbing there is some else over at Bolta's using the name Bing, was a bit confused at first but not anymore], not knowing very much about how your election system works, but do Independents have any chance of being President.
