Hey, Lefties!

Looks like your conspiracy is vaster than ours.

Well, the lefties have been building up their organization for at least a generation, so it's hardly surprising that they're bigger.

But I hold to the concept that quality is better than quantity. Stalin supposed comment, "Quantity has a quality all of its own", has its merits, but quantity can not and does not replace quality.

The American Spectator article (i.e., the description where Free Press is stepping all over themselves) demonstrates my point.

So us members of the VRWC need to concentrate on quality. Take a note of that, Wronwright. We're running low on Sumerian mead.

A vaster conspiracy to be sure, but sooo much less competent.

I agree about the mead. A VRWC doesn't run on oil alone, you know.

......and JeffS and Rebecca, did you notice that wronwright was drooling over the price of a watch, rather than more important things such as the mead, on Tim Blair's blog? [Price Watch].

The joke is that Rupert Murdoch was/is a Harvard liberal who really only became 'right wing' in the Australian context because he was pro-American.

Murdoch started his career as an advocate of civil rights for aborigines. He took a poor Malaysian Tamil student into his own home and made him Australia's biggest singing star, Kamahl - a kind of clone of Nat King Cole. Murdoch's marriage and interest in China are all of a piece with his liberal beliefs.

But if people want to believe he's the devil incarnate they still will.
