Reminds me of the old Cold War era joke about an automotive design competition with only two entrants - US and Soviet. The American car won, so Pravda's story was:
Soviet car takes second place! US entry next to last!
Good for Missouri! Now the rest of the nation needs to follow suit, if we're going to make any headway against this socialist president at all.
