From the Cordoba House Suggestion Box

Smitty has an excellent idea about alternative sites and symbolic architecture for the infamous mosque planned for New York.

I think religious groups should get together and build a substantial synagogue and Jewish cultural center across the street from the mosque, and a massive Christian cathedral next door. Then we'll see about "opening a dialogue".

Germany has just shut the infamous Hamburg Mosque:

That's new, and I wonder if the Germans will be forced to back down, but I see that 3 of 4 Germans is against the spread of Mooselimb.

One of the overall problems with this is that a mosque is a mosque 'forever' according to the ideology. Even if it began as a Christian Church like the Cordoba 'Great Mosque' or the Hagia Sophia.

This is as serious as, or worse than, the threat of spreading Communism used to be - all religions are not the same.

My first thought when I heard about this outrageous plan was that someone should build a brewery and a pig-farm right next to the mosque.
Ummm, bacon... And beer...

Mikael: Sounds like a winning combination!
