The Paco Command Center receives a visitor

Friend and commenter Jeff was in Fairfax yesterday, and he, Mrs. Paco and I dined in style within the elegant ambiance afforded by Five Guys Burgers and Fries. We then removed to the Paco Command Center where we spent an interesting afternoon plotting the course of post-Obama America (which, it is devoutly hoped, will commence in January of 2013).

It was great to meet you Jeff. Give us a ring the next time you're in town.

Will there be Czarships for the faithful?

Czarhood...Czarification...

wv: catized - yes that's how I feel.

I bags Korea Czar (yeah, great honour, I know)!

If you ever get that craving to eat some whale or dog, let us know.

To be honest, SK is a rotten tourist destination but the DMZ and JSA is well worth visiting.

That said, have always wanted to visit Hamburgerland (hint!hint!)...

Also, have never fired a gun (HIIINT!).

I'll bet JeffS will be really pissed when he finds out what he missed.

While you are at the plotting, don't forget the Australian contingent.

Hey, Paco!

The good news is that I got to meet you and Mrs. Paco, and had a splendid time! I even managed to pet Mabel without losing a hand. Or a throat.

And the equally good news is that I had a splendid repast in Bingleyville, chowing down on food prepared by Mr. Bingley Himself. Mmmmmmmm!

The bad news is, I'm stuck in Seattle, thanks to freezing rain in Chicago and a mechanical breakdown in Seattle. So get back to Walla Walla about 24 hours late.

Eh, I managed to get the local carrier to spring for a room for the night. So I'm ahead!!!!
