Just because Biden taught Con Law doesn't mean he ever read the darned thing. Much more fun that way.
Actually, I'd like to see Obama recite the Preamble from memory, with commentary.
Well heck, I'd just like to see him get to the fourth word. My guess is he'd choke somewhere in WE THE PEOPLE and never recover.
