Just a few more billion ought do the trick
T. Boone Pickens and Ted Turner think you should pony up, Mr. and Mrs. Taxpayer.
They just want money from Congress and not individual taxpyers. No wonder I couldn't find a mailing address to send them my rubber ducky. I'm rather fond of my rubber ducky so I'm quite relieved.
