ReplyDeleteIncidentally, while McDonald is best known for The Egg and I, she also wrote probably the funniest book ever about TB.
ReplyDeleteOkay, the only funny book about TB. But if you can find a copy of The Plague and I, it's worth a read. You will laugh until you stop.
