I took the story with a grain of salt anyway. Jews don't think dogs are unclean (that's Muslims), and traditional Judaism doesn't believe in reincarnation.
I thought it strange that a Jew would sentence a dog to stoning. Aren't Muslims the only ones who still carry out stoning? Additionally, I kept thinking about talk show host, author, biblical scholar, and observant Jew Dennis Prager who talks fondly about the dog he had.
The rabbi and the court should launch a defamation lawsuit, otherwise the BBC won't learn.
