Yeah, my expectations are small. Gimme somebody capable of actual math, who doesn't shag the help, and knows enough not to screw up a fairly smooth-running system by imposing illogical and contrary demands. Who doesn't consider the military an "unfortunately necessary" evil, but instead a front-line defender of the constitution. One who knows they may not be the smartest person in any given room, but doesn't worry about it or get snippy.
If he/she happens to be able to walk and chew gum at the same time, so much the better.
