Went to the grocery store this morning and found the following discarded shopping list in the cart:

cash

liquor [underlined in the original]

sandwich

Entenmann's cinnamon bars

Takes me back to my long-ago bachelor days!

    phhhht! Must be nice to have a flawless memory.

    Believe it or not, I once went to the store to pick up one item I needed, and got back home with five items.

    None of which was the one I went for!
