That's really good pensmanship for a ten year old. And that signature...what ten year old has a signature like that. Well, at least we know where the stationary was lifted from. He had probably never seen a fiver, but if you're gonna play the cujones card, then go for the ten spot.
Reports say that old Fido is celebrating in private. What? No mass celebrations? No days off? No waves from the balcony? They could have at least done a "Weekend At Bernie's". Gee, wonder what Hugo got him?

I think Fidelito is really dead. He just doesn't have the grace to lie down.
