Some people will do anything to get out of a speeding ticket

Of course, I’m not sure that’s what’s going on here at all.

Anyhow, at least the officer maintained a state of readiness while engaged in, er, extracurricular activities; he didn’t even remove his utility belt.

    If it was consensual (which it most likely was), there is no crime. Even public lewdness requires a public (about which, concerning cameras, the law is unclear). However, the officer should be fired forthwith, because he is clearly violating LEO code of conduct.

    Not to leave her out of it: slut.

    I remember that Steve Levitt published a paper finding that in Chicago, a prostitute was more likely to have sex with a police officer than be arrested by one.
