Is Rush Limbaugh cruel and unusual punishment?

A woman arrested in Texas for a driving violation had to listen to the Rush Limbaugh radio program while she was being driven to jail, and is now suing the City of Houston.

She should have listened with an open mind; she might have learned something.

There is no other proof needed that we're now a Nation of Victims.

Of course, I'd feel the same way if I was stuck anywhere I couldn't turn off the Current Occupant or most of the elected officials who show up on radio...but I don't think I'd SUE!

I think someone did some research on her and determined that she was one of those social activist types. I think I heard it on the radio but I could be wrong.

Good to see KC is till above water after all those storms going through her area.

Aw, thanks, Yojimbo! Yeah, my hair is curly & my skin looks MUCH younger in this kind of weather, and I used to make fun of the name of the street we live on _r__a HILLS Drive??? Seriously? HILLS, in NEFL? Where the highest point above sea level on this side of town is the Ortega River Bridge? But when the rains come, we are about 9 inches above flood stage, with a small crawlspace making it close to 2 feet above sea level - and we got a beautiful metal roof about 7 years ago - so all is good.

She's probably mad because she wasn't found innocent of all charges, so this is her revenge.

Pathetic loser she is!

Does she look under her bed for Rush Limbaugh before sleep?
