Merry Christmas generic holiday season, from President Obama

"President Obama’s campaign team has put together a website to remind us what the Yuletide season is truly all about — getting him re-elected."

(H/T: Tim Blair)

Update: Yojimbo, in the comments - "Great gifts. If you hurry, you can get the yoga pants in time to watch the Nav(e)l Academy play Army as you scream "co-exist" while rooting for a 0-0 score."

  1. Great gifts. If you hurry, you can get the yoga pants in time to watch the Nav(e)l Academy play Army as you scream "co-exist" while rooting for a 0-0 score.

  2. I'm disappointed, myself. No toothpick holders, or shot glasses? Obubba could really make some money with those.

  3. Oh my, a rather blunt description of Michelle.

What ever happened to those bees Michelle was so proud of "tending"? Why isn't there official Obama/Biden honey?

What do we do about the Muslims? They don't have a holiday in December. How ever will we as non-Muslim Americans stop them from feeling left out?

  5. Deborah Leigh said... Oh good. Just what I need on my "holiday" tree, a Obama/Biden ornament. I'm afraid to look, so one of you heartier souls will have to tell me if they did a topper. My nightmare is Michelle as a angel. The poor little top of the tree droops at the thought.

  6. They ought to have a sheriff's badge in their inventory. With "Joe" engraved on them.

  7. The world is being run by cheap-jack crapola merchants. I knew it, somehow...

  8. Why do I get the feeling that Clan Paco has flown the coop and left Mable in charge of the blog without knowing that Mabel only does dog blogs!

  9. Where's the liquor, under the kitchen sink wasn't it?

Any good movies on the Tivo?

    Hohohoho!

  10. I'm hoping this is just a break from routine, that the Paco clan is well and safe...

Now, I'm allergic to all the alcoholic beverages y'all might consume, so I volunteer to be designated driver!

  11. Am I sensing a Blairistan open thread emerging here?

Speaking of which, I was over at new Blair the other day and saw a post by Wron! Glad he is well, I just wish he would post here. I always liked Wron's posts.

KC, I was thinking the same thing. I hope everything is well and good. Usually ,when they are away, an announcement is made.

anyway, what is in the larder? and knowing paco, he just has to have a stash of that sumerian mead. not that i am saying he stole it or anything like that.

  13. Stand back, you lot! This isn't Australia, where you can just raid the liquor cabinet, barbecue pickups, and wreak havoc as you please because nobody would hear you out in the Outback! It's Occupied Northern Virginia, and there are probably collaborator neighbors to consider.

So keep it on the down low. I have the key to the liquor cabinet, help yourself but exercise moderation (as much as you lot are able), and somebody tack up blankets over the windows. Mabel will alert us if LEOs show up on the doorstep. We'll just turn off the lights and keep silent until they go away.

And leave that Christmas tree alone!

  14. I second Rebecca. Not to mention, N.O.V. allows private firearms.

Behave, share some of the booze, and maybe they'll take you to the range for some plinking!

  15. Don't know about the Outback, I'm a mountain man, squaw calls me 'Old Goat'. Brought some Canadian friends along, afraid they like stamping feet and squealing fiddle:

  16. What happened here? You run out of the sumerian mead or are y'all out for a group ride in the tardis?

  17. C'mon, I keep telling you guys, sumerian mead and the Tardis don't mix. Don't forget Wron's little mead fueled misadventure a few years ago.

Besides, that's probably where Paco is now....twenty years in the future sneaking a peek at the new Paco Presidential Library.

  19. I'm assuming that Paco has started to believe his own propaganda and has purchased stuff from the Performance Assured Computer Organisation with predictable results. Doubtless normal service will be resumed as soon as possible.

  20. Let us hope, cac, let us hope. Sometimes computer repair can take awhile. Let us pray that this is all it is.
