Maybe he just wants us to adopt the good parts, like...uh, you know...high speed rail lines, and uh...the museums, and...uh, that's about it. Except high speed rail won't work here because of the long distances, and the museums are, you know, European. Nice to look at, but I wouldn't want to own one.
You assume Obama has the intellectual capacity to analyze the facts and act on them.
