So, what was 9/11? Felony bullying?

On not calling a spade a spade.
Sen. Susan Collins on Wednesday blasted the Defense Department for classifying the Fort Hood massacre as workplace violence and suggested political correctness is being placed above the security of the nation's Armed Forces at home.

During a joint session of the Senate and House Homeland Security Committee on Wednesday, the Maine Republican referenced a letter from the Defense Department depicting the Fort Hood shootings as workplace violence. She criticized the Obama administration for failing to identify the threat as radical Islam.

Deborah Leigh said... Good for Senator Collins. At least she got one right. But let's play the DOD game. What was the reason for this "workplace violence"? Survey says (and evidence supports), "Muslim extremeism". End of story. Penalty for premeditated murder: death. What are we waiting for? This is a shovel ready project. Cut the waste to the taxpayers. Let me volunteer my services, and those of more than a few I know. We'll do it for free.

Deborah Leigh said... Thank you, Paco! Would your services be available for this project? Your nice coach gun is zeroed, right?

They come zeroed from the factory, Deborah.

If you need a few extra rounds, let me know.

I would opt for stoning, or maybe the French would let us borrow one of their old guillotines. I mean, we must honor Major Hasan's culture and all.

Deborah Leigh said... JeffS, I felt a tug on my pants leg. Zeroed from the factory...ha ha ha. Thanks for the offer of rounds.

RebeccaH. Stoning sounds great. And to keep to that cultural sensitivity, let's put him in a shroud, bury him up to the neck, then commence stoning. However, since we're evil infidel Americans the stones will be coated in pig's blood. Heck, coat the shovel blade too. Let him know that the entrails will be with him in the grave. Same applies for the guillotine, but make sure it is a rusty one.
