There are a lot of things that can be done in a thousand days or less…

…but getting the Democrats to pass a budget ain’t one of ‘em.

    Deborah Leigh said... That ad should be running frequently in all 50 states! It is brilliant! It just needs to be more forceful with what Republicans produced. And don't let the Democrats try to pull the "they wouldn't let us" routine!

    I emailed by two senators (of the Jackass Party, natch) to ask them when they were going to get around to passing a budget. I helpfully reminded them that 1000 days was the title of Arthur Schlesinger's book about the JFKAdministration , that being its duration. I'm not holding my breath for an answer.
