God help us, that the Republicans let themselves be played like that. We desperately need a Third Party in this country, if the Republicans can't do anything but act like John McCain on half-tabs of Viagra.
Huh? The Repubs are trying to play by the rules. The Dems then screw things up, yell "BOHICA", and then blame the Repubs for being mean and nasty. Then the press do their planation field slave routine and provide error-filled explications which further vilify the Repubs.
A good thing to initiate would be to cease taking testimony under oath from Dem witnesses, on the grounds that their statements are inherently untrustworthy. Followed by prominent Dem pols publicly being refused communion.
