Sunday funnies
You don't see this every day (good thing, too; I wonder if the guy lost a bet?).
It's probably Mel Gibson doing a publicity stunt for his next movie. Which is probably some sort of science fiction movie taking place in Scotland.

Actually, I'm kinda impressed.
Sadly, for the young lad in the video...probably not a big attraction to the lassies.
