"There are countless horrible things happening all over the world and horrible people prospering, but we must never allow them to disturb our equanimity or deflect us from our sacred duty to sabotage and annoy them whenever possible." -Auberon Waugh
Wow. My dad taught me to dance to that song, along with some Patsy Cline. In the 60s, I had a little baby-blue portable record player, and I had a 45 vinyl single of "Night Train" (can't remember by whom now). My dad loved that song, and so did I.
ReplyDeleteThe only thing is, it's such a catchy tune, it gets stuck in my head. But I like it, so I don't mind.
ReplyDeleteSomewhere in DC tonight, Paco's boss is spilling his $35 drink as he cheers Harry Reid wrapping Nancy Pelosi's stockings around his face after she shed them during a rendition of... Night Train.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great tune. I've listened 4 times now.
