I don't get it. Is this supposed to be some kind of Salvador-Dali-like attempt at surrealism? If so, where's the floppy national debt clock?

The president is supposedly talking to the Turkish prime minister about Syria, so maybe the subliminal message is that Obama speaks softly but carries a big stick (Sheesh! He's not back to mimicking previous presidents again is he?)

Anyhow, it looks like caption time, to me.
