Personally, I do not think he can survive, given the army has lots more weapons and soldiers than the MB.
But there are potentially three plays open to Naughty Morsi:
1: have the islamists plead with the troops on the street, in the name of their Islamic religion.
2. Well directed suicide bombings and machine gun attacks at the leaders of the army. Remember, this is how they got Anwar Sadat.
3. Judiciously use some of those billion dollar payments to Egypt that Obama gave him. A fat Swiss bank account is a powerful reason.
