MSNBC: Mental, spiritual, neurological basket cases

Is it just me, or does Ed Schultz always come across like a butcher grousing about yet another short order of head cheese from his supplier?

Note that Ed agrees with the Republicans he cites in not wanting to bomb Syria; however, Ed’s motives are pure, whereas Republicans simply hate Obama – so, presumably, Republicans should support Obama in carrying out his really bad plan, because it’s more important for them to avoid looking like obstructionists than to do the intelligent thing and say “no” to the president’s really bad plan, which Schultz, himself, opposes (???)

I don’t know what sustains that fine head of hair on top of Schultz’s thought-box, but it sure ain’t logic (I’m thinking some kind of cerebral humus consisting of atrophied gray matter, a petrified corpus callosum, and the dead dreams of a failed Oakland Raider).

  1. He just hates that some (or many) Republicans are on his same side of an issue. So it can't be for the sooper smirt, highly principled reasons he holds, because RethugliKKKans am reel dum an stoopid.

It's preening solely to buttress his pathetic fears of inadequacy (which are well founded by the way).

I would support an air strike on Ed Schultz.

  3. Deborah ..... It must be very hard for Lefties like Ed to find themselves in this position. Nancy "Mimi" Pelosi was another example of this when she talked about going to Syria because of "the children". It's a "help me Landrew" moment for the Left. Gotta enjoy their dilemma.

"Landrew" was from a episode in the original Star Trek series. Landrew was the god-like entity that ontrolled the population, and when they got in a spot that baffled them, they called out, "help me Landrew ".

  4. Nancy "Mimi" Pelosi was another example of this when she talked about going to Syria because of "the children".

Is that irony, when she expresses deep concern for "the children" being killed in a conflict she has no connection to, but says "necessary" when it comes to millions of aborted babies in this country?

I'll never understand the leftist mind.

  5. Deborah ....rinardman, it's all about "choice". And remember, those aren't "real children", only fetuses. Wonder how Mimi P. would explain her pro-abortion stance to her grandson.

  6. I wonder how that works too. Presumably lefties have loved ones, brothers, sisters, whoever, who, if they had been aborted, they would feel that the world would be less with their absence.

I know I feel that way with my two sisters. Two excellent women, strong and intelligent, but they weren't aborted by our mother so our mother must have been some kind of slave to patriarchy. Insane.

  7. (I’m thinking some kind of cerebral humus consisting of atrophied gray matter, a petrified corpus callosum, and the dead dreams of a failed Oakland Raider).

I'm thinking it's filled with something a little more ... earthy.
