ReplyDeleteFirst it was Captain this and Lieutenant that, then it was straight to "Henry fetch my lipstick!" "Yes, dear."
That's a good one. "According to the War Department, I am my wife." LOL My one complaint about it is that Cary Grant doesn't put much effort (any) into selling his character as a Frenchie. No hint of French accent; just a French surname and a French cap. That's it. But I still think it is a better written and better crafted movie than many made today.
