ReplyDeleteMojo, you can have mine. Everyone down here in South Texas says that the big ones aren't good eating. The litte ones, 50-75 lbs are the best. The monsters are great for braggin' and trophy.
We missed seeing the ones that rooted in the landscaping, but it wasn't hard to tell it was hogs because the stench hung heavy in the air.
The article says he'll be turning the hog into sausages. Between the grinding and a careful application of spices, that'll be good eating!
ReplyDeleteThey are vicious, destructive, ugly-tempered animals. When I refer to certain people as pigs, this is the type to which I refer.
