ObamaCare marketers turn to worn-out internet meme to peddle the program

Cat GIFs? Seriously? I wonder what’s next (Rickrolling? Hampster Dance?) Considering all the propaganda about how hip this administration is supposed to be, it’s astonishing to see how many of its ideas are at what you might call the hip replacement stage.

I’ve fallen and I can’t get up – so watch me disco dance in the prone position!
