What Pogo said

Victor Davis Hanson has penned a searing indictment not only of Barack Obama and his lawless henchmen, but of a strangely apathetic nation that watches the ideological war against our founding principles unfold with a seemingly bovine lack of awareness.

  1. In defense of America, most of us don't pay attention so if Minitrue doesn't cover it, it never happened.

I get very sick of hearing, "They're both liars!"

  2. Apathetic has largely replaced patriotic.

I'm not sure why, but I suspect liberals.

  4. I agree with everything VDH says, except that these chickens are Obama's coming home to roost. Their OUR chickens (or at least the 52%'s chickens) for having elected the Disaster-in-Chief not only once, but TWICE. I blame the in-the-tank media for a black president, white liberals who tremble in terror of being called a racist for disagreeing with a black president (and that includes establishment Repubs), and the sorry state of our educational institutions who are attempting to dumb down a curriculum that had already been dumbed down to unacceptable levels.

Obama's legacy is either going to be the end of America as we knew it, or there's going to be a tremendous backlash that will hurt in the extreme. Personally, I'm pulling for the backlash.
